As a NeStep talent in Clinical Research at Nestlé, your mission is to help transform and digitalize the way clinical studies are designed, documented and supported across our nutrition research activities. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with Clinical Research experts, Nutrition & Health teams, Digital Innovation specialists and cross-functional stakeholders across the business. How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep talent in Clinical Research
- Driving the generation of competitive landscaping reports using AI-enabled tools to monitor innovations and developments in infant and maternal nutrition clinical research.
- Working on testing, evaluating and the deployment of new digital solutions supporting the creation of clinical trial documentation such as study reports, protocols and investigator brochures
- Partnering with clinical researchers, digital experts and nutrition stakeholders to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical research processes
- Delivering data-driven insights through literature reviews, competitive intelligence and analysis that support evidence-based decisions
- Contributing to the digital transformation of clinical research by helping increase the use of innovative tools and more efficient workflows across the team
What will make you successful
- Having graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree (less than 12 months ago) in clinical research, nutrition science, public health, epidemiology, bioinformatics or related scientific disciplines, with curiosity for innovation and digital transformation
- Having strong analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills, with experience working with datasets and drawing meaningful insights
- Being proactive, organized, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership while collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition
Eligibility criteria
- Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (Bachelor or Master degree completed within last 12 months).
- Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
