Position Summary
As a R&D Master Intern, you will support the development of projects within the Dairy product category team by collaborating closely with senior developers on various product development initiatives. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in lab operations and work alongside diverse stakeholders to support effective teamwork. You will also have the opportunity to engage in learning activities and contribute to administrative tasks as needed, all while developing your skills in a dynamic research environment.
A Day in the Life of a R&D Master Intern
- Collaborate with senior developers to learn about product development initiatives, gaining hands-on experience and insights throughout the process
- Assist in recipe design and formulation, contributing ideas and support to the creation of innovative dairy products
- Participate in product trials, including prototype tastings, to help evaluate flavor, texture, and overall quality while learning about the evaluation process
- Engage in lab activities and operations, supporting the execution of experiments and processes under the guidance of experienced team members
- Take on defined responsibilities that promote personal growth and provide opportunities to contribute to key projects within the Dairy product category
What will make you successful
- Master’s student or recent graduate in Food Technology, Food Engineering , or a related field
- Relevant academic or practical experience in the Dairy sector is a plus
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently; well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A curious mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow within the field
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel
- Perfect written and oral English communication, German is a plus
