As a Senior Manufacturing Specialist, your mission is to lead manufacturing support for innovation and renovation projects, providing technical and operational expertise that enables successful industrialization and sustainable factory performance. At our research and development center in Konolfingen, Switzerland, we develop science-proven nutrition products, processes and packaging, while providing technical support to Nestlé factories worldwide. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with research and development teams, businesses, markets, factories, suppliers and external partners. How you’ll make an impact as a Senior Manufacturing Specialist
- Leading manufacturing support across innovation and renovation projects to turn promising concepts into competitive products, processes and systems
- Driving early manufacturing input, risk assessment and technical decisions that improve readiness, speed and implementation quality
- Delivering reliable technical assistance during industrialization, start-ups and product launches to achieve efficient, sustainable factory performance
- Building and documenting specialist knowledge, standards and guidelines that strengthen manufacturing capability across sites
- Exploring breakthrough technologies and processes that create new opportunities for innovation, productivity and competitive advantage
- Developing factory knowledge through training, coaching and networks that accelerate learning and cross-site collaboration

- Bringing deep manufacturing, engineering or product development expertise to industrialization and factory support
- Applying current quality, safety and hygiene standards to deliver robust and sustainable solutions
- Using data analysis, digital tools and structured problem solving to identify risks and improve performance

- Communicating fluently in English
