Position Summary
As a Sensory Evaluation Intern, you will be a member of the Sensory & Product Experience Team at NPTC Nutrition.

A Day in the Life of a Sensory Evaluation Intern
- Drive the sensory training framework for internal employees
- Lead the recruitment, screening, and training of new expert panelists under guidance of a sensory specialist
- Support the Sensory Specialists in planning, preparing, and running sensory tests with sensory panels according best practices
- Support the Sensory & Product Experience team in various activities related to sensory science
What will make you successful
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sensory Science, Food Science / Technology, ideally with focus on sensory evaluation and/or consumer research
- Very good understanding and operational experience in a wide range of sensory analysis techniques and their applications
- Operational experience in sensory panel moderating is a plus
- Passion for sensory evaluation & product tasting and ready to participate in tasting sessions, including dairy-based products
- Good knowledge in statistics
- Computer-literate (MS-Office and dedicated technical software)
- Fluent in English. Fluency in German is strongly preferred
