Position Summary

 

As a Senior R&D Administrative Assistant in the Nestlé Research & Development Konolfingen (NRDK)Site Management, you will initiate and execute on behalf of the Site Operations Manager. You will be in close collaboration with the hosted Units (NPTC Dairy, NPTC Nutrition, NDU NHSc and NDU Beverage.

A day in the life of a Senior R&D Administrative Assistant

 

  • Ensure, plan, coordinate and manage high quality VIP events and visits, including participation to content and shape 
  • Support in the organization of meetings & assist in material preparation 
  • Act as a main channel of information for major stories within NRK
  • Leverage communication campaigns from corporate communications, CLGO, Safety etc. 
  • Produce a wide range of accurate and high-quality communications materials & provide communication support to managers and senior leaders and on specific Operations-related communication
  • Develop and feed multi-channel communications (intranet, workplace, NRDK screens...)        
  • Perform employee related tasks especially for newcomers in onboarding and departure process
  • Update and maintain intranet set-up, support as needed for other entities within NRDK    
  • Lead small initiatives/projects for the site team    
     

What will make you successful

 

  • Confirmed professional experience in a similar position within Nestlé or similar experience in a comparable role
  • Experience in a R&D environment/technical organization would be a plus
  • Team player with strong organization & prioritization skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Proactive, self-starter with forward thinking and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to create trust and credibility at all level of the organisation to collaborate cross functionally
  • ISIT savvy: very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Intranet, SharePoint, Workplace and Concur
  • Fluent in English & German, French will be a plus
