As an Assistant technical acceptance, you will support the Technical Acceptance team in the execution of physical tests and sensory tastings.

A Day in the Life of an Assistant technical acceptance

Planning, preparation, and implementation of product tastings according to preparation specifications
Execution of the physical tests according to the process as well as documentation of the results
Implementation of sensor technology training courses
Coordination of the technical approval of the various recipes with the application groups
Maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensuring a clean and hygienically perfect working environment
Responsible for consumables in the tasting area
Analytical support of the chemical and physical analysis

What will make you successful

Vocational education training as a laboratory technician EFZ or comparable experience
2-3 years of experience ideally in the field of product development and tastings
Interested in food and sensory technology
Good oral and written German and English skills
Exact and independent way of working
MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) user knowledge
