We are looking for a People Analytics Senior Specialist to design and execute quantitative analyses to identify people trends that impact business and financials resulting in recommended courses of actions in business decision making.

A day in the life of...

  • Gain understanding of Nestle’s business and organizational challenges
  • Translate business challenges into questions that can be answered through analytical or statistical methods
  • Draw insight from data using various analytical, statistical, quantitative methods
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to decision-makers and key stakeholders through simple, succinct storytelling
  • Build the capabilities of HR colleagues to be evidence-led and data literate; to use People Analytics-provided solutions such as PowerBI dashboards and webapps to find and use data
  • Apply strategic workforce planning methodologies to anticipate the talent needs of the organization
  • Help Nestle & I Champions (those responsible for operationalizing employee surveys) to identify appropriate situations for deploying employee surveys to gather insight, including coaching on tools, data interpretation, insight generation, and action planning
  • Partnering with Corporate Talent and Reward Teams to deliver joined project priorities (e.g. leadership effectiveness, gender pay equity etc.)
  • Participate and contribute in the Global People Analytics knowledge sharing internally and externally

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 6-10 years of work experience in Human Resources and/or People Analytics
  • Stakeholder management experience at the highest organization levels
  • Ability to consult to and influence senior business and HR leaders
  • Demonstrated success translating data into insights 
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to turn insights into actionable people strategies
  • Ability to communicate statistical analysis to business leaders and HR professionals.
  • Experience applying analytical techniques (both qualitative and quantitative) to solve business problems
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to circumstances, applying general methodologies and guidelines to specific situations
  • Experience and comfort working and leading projects in cross functional and geographical teams
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to use R, Python is a big advantage
