A day in the life of...

1. Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of promotional spending, identify optimum in-store investment mix through understanding and tracking key casual drivers behind customer development performance, aggressively drive lead customers in key channels through customer segmentation and shopper insights

2. Work with MKT function to create synergy in store with superior merchandising solutions and promotion plans     

3. Plan and manage the budget of trade spending and SSR, develop trade margin structure, and ensure trade margin execution in the field  

What will make you successful

1. 3 years+ customer development experience in FMCG industry, and 1 year+ planning experience                                                                 
2. Strong leadership experience and excellent business development skills

3. Proven strategic thinking ability with big picture orientation as well as attention to detail  
4. Strong data analysis and problem solving skill
5. Possess excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Proven ability to work effectively with senior management
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and the ability to multi-task
