Position: Senior Executive – Factory Human Resources

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources – Technical, this role provides end-to-end HR support in engagement, welfare, and analytics, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. It leads digital transformation, manages employee engagement programs, and oversees key services such as medical center operations and insurance, whilst liaising between internal teams and external partners to enhance employee experience and streamline processes.
A day in the life of the role:
- Plan and execute the annual engagement event calendar aligned with the organizational budget.
- Ensure accuracy in headcount, labour reconciliation and prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports.
- Oversee medical center operations, annual health checkups, and compliance with food handler regulations.
- Design and implement quarterly recognition programs aligned with Nestlé Leadership Framework.
- Manage insurance administration, payroll submissions, and welfare services for employees.
- Drive HR digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and data visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and compliance.
What will make you successful?
- Education: A degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- Expected experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Language skills: Fluency in English & Sinhala
- Other skills: Sound in HR data analytics and digital automation, event management, maintain stakeholder relationships, and have effective communication.
