Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Brand Manager  Torchyn Cold Sauces Category position in Kyiv.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the adequate marketing-mix tactics and strategies in order to reach agreed yearly brand objectives;
  • Identifying growth opportunities for the category and implement action plans to deliver growth;
  • Developing, aligning and conducting plans of the profitability development for the category, including sourcing, product mix, pricing etc.;
  • Defining appropriate communication strategies and managing implementation of them on time and within budget assigned;
  • Developing annual marketing category plans in accordance with our Company’s planning cycles;
  • Development and implementing innovation / renovation initiatives, leading launch of relevant projects, including leading new product from idea to launch;
  • Developing from scratch, adapting and monitoring ATL / BTL / digital activities and other initiatives together with agencies (creative / media / BTL- / PR- / digital, etc.) with further implementation and analysis of effectiveness;
  • Developing an effective communication network within other functions to deliver the agreed targets, etc.

Main requirements:

  • University degree (Business Management, Marketing or Economics are preferable);
  • 3-4 years of experience in brand-marketing preferably in FMCG company;
  • Successful experience in development and executing of promotional brand activities in ATL& BTL, product development, leading cross-functional teams projects, other marketing projects;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of consumers trends, competition and trade customers structure in Ukraine;
  • Experience in working with market research data;
  • Upper intermediate | Advanced English;
  • Analytical mindset, organized, reliable, independent, adaptable.
