Nestlé Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Sales Excellence Manager position in Purina Business in Kyiv.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement the Regional Business Strategy for the Purina Specialist Channel sales team.
- Develop operational plans to achieve KPIs for effective sales across Ukraine.
- Propose and coordinate changes in commercial policy in line with regional strategies.
- Ensure high standards of execution and operational excellence through ongoing performance monitoring and direct training of sales leaders.
- Design analytical platforms and tools for optimal resource deployment and performance tracking.
- Develop and deliver global sales improvement training programs, collaborating with marketing, scientific communication, and trade marketing teams.
- Drive new commercialization strategies in partnership with sales and finance, supporting business initiatives and overall strategy.
- Enhance competencies at all levels of the sales team, including active selling, competitive sales, and key account management.
- Lead the launch readiness for new products, ensuring robust operational planning and execution.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through people development, coaching, and effective incentives.
- Manage succession planning and career development for direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Ukrainian legislation.
Key Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in management or commerce).
- 7+ years of experience in sales, project management, and leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering impactful results.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
- Category B driver’s license.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and market research abilities.
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
