Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of a Supply Planner position for the Food category in Supply Chain Department in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the best estimate of future demand is released on a weekly basis;
• Approve dispatch plans to guarantee optimum stock availability of products;
• Coordinate sourcing decisions and projects (change of source, new products, promotions) with the appropriate business unit, Supply team and Factories;
• Manage and maintain Master Data;
• Ensure availability and regular reviews of the parameters driving the Supply Planning (via unbundlor);
• Provide the relevant input to all key meetings;
• Distribution Requirement Planning for all products of allocated business category;
• Measure, monitor and analyse Supply performance to identify areas of possible improvement and take/propose corrective measures;
• Act as the primary internal contact point for operational issues concerning products availability (provide product information needed for downstream Supply Chain and Sales processes);
• Monitor performance indicators to identify issues or areas of possible improvement and take corrective measures/escalate;
• Actively participate in new product and promotions development projects from the SC side;
• Help to ensure achieving business targets by building and maintaining good communication and collaboration within Supply Chain: Customer service, Physical logistics and Factories.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree;
• 2+ years of relevant operational experience in Supply Network Planning;
• Good knowledge and understanding of the commercial and import/export functions;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good analytical and planning skills;
• Pro-active and flexible attitude;
• Good English (both written and oral);
• Advanced PC user.
