Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Brand Manager position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the adequate marketing-mix tactics and strategies in order to reach agreed yearly brand objectives.
  • Identifying growth opportunities for assigned brands and implement action plans to deliver brand growth;
  • Developing, aligning and conducting plans of the profitability development for assigned brands, including sourcing, product mix, pricing etc.;
  • Defining appropriate communication strategies and managing implementation of them on time and within budget assigned for brands;
  • Developing annual marketing brand plans for the entrusted trademarks in accordance with our Company’s planning cycles;
  • Implementing relevant innovation / renovation initiatives, controlling launch of relevant projects, including translation of technical text and approval of packaging design of the relevant brands, facilitating timely registration of products in Ukraine in accordance with applicable legislation;
  • Developing, adapting and monitoring ATL / BTL / digital activities and other initiatives together with agencies (creative / media / BTL- / PR- / digital, etc.) with further implementation and analysis of effectiveness ;
  • Developing an effective communication network within other functions to deliver the agreed targets, etc.

Main Requirements:

  • University degree (Business Management, Marketing or Economics are preferable);
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing (Brand Manager position level) preferably in FMCG company;
  • Successful experience in development and executing of promotional brand activities in ATL& BTL, promo product development , leading cross-functional teams projects, trade marketing projects;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of consumers trends, competition and trade customers structure in Ukraine;
  • Experience in working with market research data;
  • Upper intermediate | Advanced English;
  • Mature, organized, reliable, strategic, independent, adaptable, able to accept and manage change.
