Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Regional Channel Development Manager position in Kyiv.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interacting closely with channel managers to ensure implementation of channel strategies in regions;
- Participating in business planning and target setting for regional focus customers;
- Consolidating and analyzing sales data, shopper insights and trends and competitive performance with focus on regional MT and TT customers;
- Adapting channel selling stories and tailoring assortment, promotions and other differentiating points for the largest regional chains in cooperation with Sales teams based on existing growth drivers;
- Supporting in negotiations with the largest regional accounts;
- Supporting Category development projects for the largest regional customers, driving category growth (DCG) projects for traditional trade;
- Analyzing sales in region with focus to find opportunities and developing action plan to grab them;
- Informing Regional sales teams about key market KPIs based on Nielsen/MRC data on a quarterly basis;
- Coordinating launches of NPDIs in regions, creating personalized selling stories for customers, analyzing efficiency of new launches, proposing action plan to fix sales and distribution of NPDIs, informing BU regarding status of launches in regions.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree;
- 4+ years of experience in category \ sales channels management in an international FMCG company;
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills;
- Result focus, proactive cooperation, initiative;
- Experience of sales volumes increasing within a category;
- Successful experience in managing projects;
- Proficient MS Office (especially MS Excel) user;
- Fluent English;
- Valid driving license.
