Position Summary

 

As B2C and Small Office Campaigns Specialist, you will lead and execute differentiated and exclusive direct-to-consumer or indirect (through distributors) activation campaigns for B2C & Small offices for Nespresso Swiss Market. You will manage the implementation of CRM activation campaigns, propose and create local adaptations towards existing consumers.

A Day in the Life of a B2C and Small Office Campaigns Specialist

 

  • Create, set-up and manage locally led CRM activation campaigns, e.g. for local 360 marketing campaigns including trade channels, e-commerce and e-retailers
  • Adapt, set-up and manage HQ led CRM activation campaigns, e.g. for product introductions. and monitor and secure CRM activation campaign planning, in line with the overall marketing calendar
  • Secure a seamless customer journey through best in class execution of the campaign (e.g. sending, response, fulfillment)
  • Ensure that local B2B/B2C website is up-to-date and liaise with local ecommerce and International Marketing teams for manners related to the website
  • Ensure alignment of B2C Office plans together with Trade and Marketing plans to maximize conversation rates of campaigns
  • Oversee implementation with support functions (F&C, CRM, Performance analyst) of monitoring tools such as commercial dashboards and high-level P&L
  • Manage approved (regional/local) agencies and service providers to ensure quality, costs and effectiveness parameters 
  • Permanent tracking and control of the B2C Office budget compared with the OP targets and potential proposal of necessary corrective measures also budgeting controls and reporting at the market level

What will make you successful

 

  • Degree in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing in similar environment, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs
  • Experience in project management, managing both internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Experience in campaign management 
  • Ability to work in a matrix und multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English, German and/or French
