Position Summary

 

We are looking for an energetic Brand Manager to join our passionate Marketing Team in the Swiss market, based in Vevey.

 

As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for sustainably growing the Purina brands based on superior Innovation and Research and the implementation and execution of 360° marketing campaigns. More particularly, this role will focus largely on brands and products that are developed more recently, embracing the current trends around naturality, sustainably sourced ingredients, and more alternative (pet) food philosophies. You will have the opportunity to be on the forefront of current consumer trends.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager at Nestlé Purina Petcare

 

  • Understand and analyze the competitive environment, consumers and shoppers and develop strategic insights and recommendations to grow your brands.
  • Develop and execute successful marketing and communication plans, leverage new media touch points and trends (focus on digitalization). 
  • Successfully implement Innovation & Renovation projects, mobilising and engaging cross functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Own the P&L of the assigned brands, and improve business results, by developing a full understanding of the value chain and managing its elements and the quality of your product portfolio.
What will make you successful

 

  • At least 4 years experience in marketing or a GD role in a FMCG company
  • Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
  • Master degree in business, or related studies from a university or equivalent
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
