Position Summary

As Breeder Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the development of an overall Breeder strategy aiming to increase influencer recommendations and sales and establish key metrics of business success. You will have to deeply understand the Breeder world for both cats and dogs, being able to segment its players, its motivations, and create a marketing and business plan that answers to those identified needs.  As part of the central marketing team, you will work very closely with the local markets in order to ensure a coordinated execution of the strategy and synergies across our region.

A day in the life of...
  •  Analyse portfolio performance, pricing, Route To Market and competitive activity
  • Provide clear breeder segmentation in key defined markets and segments
  • Help, key defined markets, to build and maintain strategic relationships with current and future partners
  • Develop a clear Breeder dog/cat product portfolio solution, while working very closely with the brand teams to ensure Innovation/Renovation are fit to the Breeder world
  • Create an EMENA (above market) Breeder dog/cat event strategy to build brand awareness for our brands
  • Implement the creation of branded promotional activities and marketing centralized communication toolkits to Breeders and communication material from Breeders to new pet owners with clear message and differentiation, in an effort to achieve sales, recruitment & recommendation goals
  • Design and help the defined markets execute a loyalty program to drive acquisition, retention and incremental revenue

 

What will make you successful
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development
  • Previous experience in breeders
  • Experience in devising & implementing a clear vision & strategic direction in a commercial environment
  • Experience in working within cross functional environment and above market
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
