As a Commercial Intern, you’ll join the Nestlé Cereals team and gain hands-on experience with well-known brands like NESQUIK, CINI MINIS, LION, FITNESS, and CHEERIOS. You’ll support real marketing and commercial activities, discover how strategies are built and executed in the Swiss market, and learn how we work with different retailers. It’s a great opportunity to develop your skills, learn from experienced teammates, and grow in a dynamic business environment.

How you’ll make an impact as a Commercial Intern

 

  • Assist in localisation of existing marketing and sales-related content in order to reflect specifics of the Swiss market and shoppers’ insights  
  • Contribute to the development of customer-dedicated materials (i.e. selling stories, salesfolders, planograms etc.) 
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Field-Sales-Force team on day-to-day commercial topics  
  • Manage e-content updates for key e-retail platforms 
  • Manage logistic aspects of in-store campaigns across various clients 
  • Support the team with analysis and visualisation of business KPIs (via MS Office tools) based on market data available internally and externally, on a monthly basis 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Currently studying or fresh graduate in Management, Marketing, Business Development or equivalent 
  • Strong interest and/or knowledge in Sales and Marketing 
  • Highly collaborative and client-focused with strong communication skills 
  • Outstanding organization skills with a process and detail-oriented mindset 
  • Project Management experience is a plus 
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Nielsen is a plus 
  • Fluent in English and German, French is a plus 
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
