Position Summary  

 

As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest finished goods availability to our customers and consumers (right quantity, right place, right time, right freshness) whilst optimizing the total delivered costs through managing, challenging, and optimizing the E2E Supply Chain with an effective Demand and Supply Planning process.

 


A Day in the Life of a Demand & Supply Planner

 

  • Establish a Demand Plan for a portfolio of Products and Customers – by leading the Monthly Business Planning process with the Business and Finance
  • Ensure an 18-month Supply plan with our global Producers, is in place to satisfy customer needs, considering both the network complexity and supply constraints
  • Challenge Producers on a regular basis to review MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), production stability period to improve the Supply performance and reduce risk of Bad Goods
  • Analyze and effectively communicate Supply issues
  • Maintain and enhance SAP APO Master Data to automatize our ways of working
  • Develop inspiring and leading reporting to support decision making process

 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • University’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Confirmed operational experience either Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Vendor-Managed Inventory Planning
  • Proficiency in SAP APO, MS Excel, PowerBi
  • Team player, with excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively across different functions and organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Open-minded, curious, looking for solutions to improve efficiency of operations
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
