As Demand & Supply Planner at Nestlé, Business Growth Solutions, your mission is to ensure finished goods availability for our customers and consumers, in the right quantity, at the right place, at the right time and with the highest freshness. In this role you will act like a Supply Chain co‑pilot to the business, by connecting Sales, Producers, Logistics and Customers - for all ensuring supply related topics. How you’ll make an impact as a Demand & Supply Planner

 

  • Leading the monthly business planning process by partnering closely with Business Managers and Finance to build a robust 18‑month demand plan.
  • Developing collaborative forecasting initiatives with key customers using sell-out and stock-level data to improve forecast accuracy and visibility.
  • Orchestrating end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure customer needs are met while balancing network complexity and supply constraints.
  • Managing producer performance by challenging planning parameters, reviewing minimum order quantities and improving supply reliability and freshness.
  • Anticipating and addressing supply risks, capacity constraints and potential material write-offs through close collaboration with producers and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and enhancing planning master data to support automation, efficiency and continuous improvement across planning processes.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bringing experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Vendor-Managed Inventory Planning within a complex supply chain environment.
  • Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights and support business decisions.
  • Using SAP APO, MS Excel and Power BI to manage planning activities, monitor performance and drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborating effectively across functions and organizations while building strong relationships with customers, producers and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicating fluently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Being curious, open-minded and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and operational efficiency.
