As an Export & Industrial Sales Manager, you will develop 3rd party export sales for the Cailler Brand, while also managing existing industry sales and exploring growth opportunities. You will play a crucial role in efficiently managing internal processes and supply, as well as driving the development of a profitable private label business. 

 

A Day in the Life of an Export & Industrial Sales Manager

 

  • Develop 3rd party Export Sales for Cailler Brand while managing existing business
  • Manage existing Industry sales business and gain further growth opportunities 
  • Efficient Management of internal Process and recurring supply considering existing capabilities, capacities
  • Develop accretive Private Label business ex Broc factory
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
  • Maintaining recognized leadership within the industry
  • Fostering strong internal collaboration for seamless teamwork and synergy

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Experience in exporting FMCG items in Europe, Americas, and/or Asia
  • Ideally with experience in the chocolate industry (e.g. sales marketing, sales, or manufacturing)
  • Successful management of 3rd party customers either as Key Account Manager (KAM) or in managing agents and distributors
  • Cross-functional project management skills
  • Proven resourcefulness, adaptability, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, with German and French as a plus
