As a Global Procurement Manager for Contract Manufacturing at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to lead the commercial and sourcing activities for the global Contract Manufacturing category. Reporting to the Global Category Lead, you will define and implement category strategies, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value, optimize supplier performance, and support business growth.

We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. How you’ll make an impact as a Global Procurement Manager - Contract Manufacturing

• Represent Procurement in cross-functional business projects, including new product launches, geographical expansions, cost improvement initiatives, supplier transitions, and business continuity planning.
• Lead strategic relationships with contract manufacturers, driving sustainable performance, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for new product launches, from supplier scouting and selection to commercial negotiations and contract execution.
• Develop deep market intelligence and expertise on the global contract manufacturing landscape relevant to the business portfolio.
• Deliver cost reduction targets while ensuring high levels of supplier performance, quality, and service continuity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with growth objectives, operational needs, and supply security.

What will make you successful

• Well established experience in procurement, delivering competitive advantage through strategic sourcing within multi-country environments.
• Solid experience in the development and execution of sourcing strategies, leveraging expertise in supplier risk management, responsible sourcing, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and development programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams by representing procurement effectively and fostering collaboration across a complex global organization.
• Fluency in English, another language will be an asset.
