Position Summary
Our procurement teams bring in manufacturing solutions, services and materials, and leverage market insight, innovation and best practices from suppliers. A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Intern
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the project team to effectively manage our employer branding project. You will have the chance to assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our company's employer brand, making a significant impact on our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Recruitment Support: Act as the main point of contact between the project team and the recruitment team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. This involvement will provide you with valuable exposure to the recruitment process and the opportunity to contribute to attracting top talent.
- Employee Lifecycle: Take charge of various activities along the Employee Lifecycle, including entry processes, employee transfers, contractual changes, and departures. This hands-on involvement will give you a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and their impact on the employee experience.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis and propose measures for improvement. This analytical aspect of the role will allow you to develop your data-driven decision-making skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR practices.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support within different HR processes, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows. This exposure to various HR functions will broaden your knowledge and skills in HR administration.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, contributing fresh ideas and suggestions to our team. This commitment to professional growth will enable you to develop a strong foundation in HR and stay ahead in the ever-evolving field.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration
- Good understanding of HR functions
- Strong interest in communication and project management
- Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
- Strong interest in working in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English. French is a plus
