What is a Nesternship?
A semi-virtual internship which will allow you to boost your digital skills, entrepreneurial spirit, as well as your agility to deal with different situations. In addition to that, you will be working on real life projects where you can have a hand in making an impact in the world’s largest food and beverage company.

As an HR Intern you will provide high quality support to HR members in diverse activities they are involved in on daily basis.
The role offers valuable experience and contribution to various HR activities and provides great insights and overall picture of Human Resources function.
A Day in the Life of an HR Intern
Support Center of Competence Learning and Talent Development:
- Support on the full organization of the trainings and events
- Organize online and offline events (e.g. conferences)
- Master the training and talent management KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
- Prepare the material for training
- Collect and consolidate training needs
- Coordinate mandatory training completion
- Support on HR communication
- Work on various projects lead by this center of competences
What will make you successful
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Management, Business administration or equivalent
- Previous working experience is strong advantage
- Independent and self-motivated person who proactively proposes solutions as answer to existing challenges
- Quick-learning and curious personality. Rigorous and with high organization skills.
- Very good command of MS-Office, especially mastering Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with other various digital tools is desirable.
- Fluent in English
