Position Summary

 

As an Internal Communication Professional, you will build elements of Nestlé’s corporate culture and will contribute to the engagement of Nestlé Suisse employees. Furthermore, you will accompany everyone to ensure that all relevant employee groups are informed about the strategies, policies, priorities and performance of the company. You will spread our corporate messages as well as contribute to building Nestlé Suisse image and company culture.
 

A day in the life of an Internal Communication & Engagement Manager

 

  • Development of internal communication strategy
  • Lead and roll out the editorial planning for Nestlé in Switzerland
  • Ensure high engagement of our swiss employees, regarding awareness of our products & commitments
  • Coordinate internal communication messages for defined target groups and their needs, in close co-operation with all departments and units, including General Management.
  • Maintain and develop communication tools and channels accordingly (Internal Social Media, intranet, e-newsletters, e-mails, external and internal events etc.).
  • Write, edit and develop stories in accordance with the communication strategy in place (“journalistic” role).
  • Exploit synergies between content created for internal communication channels and external communication needs (Corporate website) and encourage transversal communication.
  • Manage the internal newspaper (Nestlé Suisse Internal e-Magazine)
  • Co-ordinate consistent and streamlined internal information flow between headquarters, factories, NiM entities and all other locations in the Swiss market.
     
What will make you successful

 

  • Master degree ideally in Communication, Human Sciences, Marketing or HR
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong redactional/editorial experience, ability to synthesize and prioritize
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to write/edit flawlessly in French and German, with good knowledge of English
