As an International Customer Supply Chain Specialist at Nestlé, your mission is to support the smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. How you’ll make an impact as an International Customer Supply Chain Specialist

 

  • Coordinating international logistics activities to ensure accurate tracking, proactive monitoring, and timely reporting of shipment status across markets.
  • Preparing, validating, and managing shipping documentation to secure smooth dispatch and full compliance with export and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations by applying strong knowledge of customs, Incoterms, and global shipping standards.
  • Resolving logistical issues independently by identifying root causes, removing obstacles, and safeguarding on‑time delivery performance.
  • Strengthening communication with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to maintain transparency, anticipate risks, and enhance service quality.
  • Using automated SAP transactions effectively by monitoring, analysing, and resolving Idoc failures to support first‑time‑right order execution.

  • Bringing experience in international customer service, including export operations and transportation management.
  • Applying knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, letters of credit, and customs requirements.
  • Using SAP confidently across O2C and P2P processes to support accurate and efficient operations.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners to maintain strong operational flow.
  • Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Bringing curiosity, empathy, empowerment, wellbeing mindset, learning agility, resourcefulness and performance.
