Position Summary: 

 

Business Growth Solutions (BGS) division supports Nestlé operating companies & other Nestlé units, by providing them with integrated trading solutions in a professional and cost-effective manner, while offering a platform for business development.

To reinforce the BGS team and contribute to our growth, we are seeking for a Junior Business Co-Pilot for our SPECIAL.T category.
As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Controlling Manager. In this role, your primary focus will be to provide support in the financial business planning process for SPECIAL.T, specifically in the areas of reporting and budget controlling.

A day in the life of a Junior Business Co-Pilot: 

 

•    Participate actively in the respective business strategy development and provide associated financial scenario planning.
•    Conducting monthly monitoring of Sales and Profit and Loss (P&L) actuals and the corresponding forecast, identify areas of risk preventing achievement of targets. Follow up on action plans for gap closing.
•    Support the customer service and account receivable teams in the financial reconciliation of invoices/credit notes and cash and treating refunds to customers.
•    Drive correct Financial Master data setup & pricing in SAP, follow-up on and support the team procurement process and create Purchase Orders for some General Expenses. 
•    Responsible for controlling P&L lines and monthly follow-up: factory costs, distribution expenses, overheads and promotional activities expenses.
•    Control central team costs budget and recharge to the affiliate companies accordingly.


What makes you successful: 

 

•    University’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field. 
•    Having filled one or few career steps in F&C (2 to 5 years of experience), ideally in an international environment. 
•    Proficiency in SAP would be a strong asset. 
•    Capable of articulating financial aspects in a clear and concise manner to non-financial professionals. 
•    Team player, with engaging communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively across different cultures, functions and organizations.
•    Open-minded, curious, looking for solutions to improve efficiency of operations – not afraid to take ownership and propose new ideas.
•    Fluent in English (written & spoken).
