Position Summary
As a Junior Category Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing omni-channel commercial strategies delivering category growth with our customers for MAGGI categories. Create commercial plans that are shopper relevant and make a difference.
A Day in the Life of a Junior Category Commercial Development Manager MAGGI
- Playing an important role in the strategic “Delivering Category Growth” process by fueling annual commercial planning through key analysis driving commercial opportunities at customers
- Analyzing shoppers’ buying decisions within the store to give recommendations based on quantitative analysis and shopper studies
- Delivering clear channel strategies on product assortment and promotional guidelines
- Leading the preparation of presentations for our customers per category, delivering clear insight-based commercial opportunities, we can leverage them together
- Analyze display performance and lead the redesign of promotional materials for 2027
What will make you successful
- First experience in the food industry or similar and/or first experience in marketing, commercial, or finance functions or similar
- Cross-functional experience in sales, key account management, marketing, category management, or finance is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management competencies and communication skills
- Fluency in English and German and/or French
