Position Summary

As Assistant Key Account Manager, you will collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement annual customer plans

A day in the life of a KAM Back Office Specialist
  • Verification and nurture of productive business communication with Customer buyers to improve relationship with customers (Phone, Mail, Visits, ...)
  • Support of Key Account Managers in: managing operational activities like annual planning of Trade
  • Activities, assortment management, Promotional Planning and providing reporting and analysis
  • Delivery of accurate Trade activity on time and information such as off-invoice discounts and accruals.
  • Ensure flawless End-to-End execution of promotional Trade Activities to support and liaise with Demand Planning (Budget, Offer, volume planning, evaluation)
  • Proactively construction and implementation of improvements to sales and cross stream processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies etc)
  • Adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé Leadership principles, local Sales policy, Safety and legal regulations
What will make you successful
  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or higher education degree
  • 2-3 years of operational experience, preferably in Sales or Supply Chain roles (e.g. Demand planning, Customer service) would be a plus
  • Fluency in French with good knowledge of German & English
