As a Key Account Manager at Nestlé Suisse SA, your mission is to develop and implement annual customer plans aligned with business and customer strategies while achieving the sales objectives. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with customer stakeholders, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Technical teams and other cross-functional partners.   • Driving profitable sales objectives by translating business priorities and customer strategies into clear, measurable actions.
  • Leading strong execution in daily business through effective planning, communication, performance tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Nurturing productive customer relationships that build trust, deepen engagement and create value beyond day-to-day buying discussions.
  • Delivering key account targets through customer planning, commercial excellence, accurate forecasting and disciplined performance management.
  • Championing responsible business practices by applying company principles, sales policies, safety standards and legal requirements.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bringing strong customer management, account development, commercial planning or marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
  • Applying solid knowledge of customer planning, trade management, integrated commercial planning and the local retail landscape.
  • Using financial, category, brand, product and shopper insights to support profitable growth and informed commercial decisions.
  • Collaborating with initiative, resilience, strong communication skills and a results-focused mindset to build trusted relationships.
  • Communicating fluently in German, ideally Swiss German, and English; French is a plus.
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
