As a NeStep Talent in HR & Business Processes at Nestlé’s Global Procurement Organisation, your mission is to support the delivery and continuous improvement of people and business initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and operational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals, business leaders, and stakeholders across functions and regions, contributing to projects, process improvements, and data-driven insights while gaining hands-on experience in a diverse international environment.

We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep Talent in HR & Business Operations

 

  • Support employee engagement and community-building initiatives that help strengthen the employee experience across the Swiss Hub and wider Nestrade organization
  • Contribute to key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, organizational changes, employee movements, and departures, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees
  • Collaborate on HR and business projects by coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and supporting the successful delivery of initiatives
  • Prepare and analyse people-related data and performance indicators to generate insights and support informed decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve ways of working through continuous improvement, digital tools, and innovative solutions

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Recent Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR, employee experience, project coordination, and business operations
  • Ability to analyse information, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Proactive, curious, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and seek solutions
  • Proven digital agility and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Perfect fluency in English (oral & written)
  • Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition

 

Eligibility criteria

 

  • Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months). 
  • Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
