Position Summary

 

As part of the overall digital transformation journey, the Coffee Category is looking for an E-Business Lead responsible for creating and leading the E-business roadmap for the Category at a regional level. 


Reporting directly to the Marketing Director in scope, you will be in charge of identifying and capturing all the opportunities across the consumer journey to deliver personalized experiences, driving engagement, conversion and incrementing our revenues online and offline. 


In this fast-paced and challenging environment, it is all about better serving consumers, more effectively and understanding their needs by leveraging technology. 

A day in the life of an NEMENA E-Business Lead

 

o   Develop & strengthen the capabilities of our Digital Engine to support the Brands' Digital Acceleration:
•    Data Analytics.
•    Search & Media: Lead and drive the Search strategy.
•    Content: Set up and run the Category Content Studio and the network of partners.
•    CRM - Loyalty schemes: Lead the development and implementation of the Category (e)CRM programs.

 

o    Design a Consumer/Shopper centric Data Strategy and establish the technical platform to support it at a Brand as well as at a total Coffee Category level:
•    Establish interconnections of the various Brands Data Ecosystems to maximize capture of 1st party data while leveraging additional data sources.

 

o    Personalization at Scale: 
•    Implement Personalization at Scale strategy to deliver scalable personalized consumer experiences across all digital touchpoints in the consumer journey.

 

o    D2C: 
•    End-to-end management of D2C enablers from Master development to localization process.

 

o    Building Teams with strong Digital Capabilities

What will make you successful

 

o    Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant fields.
o    10+ years’ experience in leading E-business initiatives across different teams in complex and global organizations.
o    Strong knowledge of different eBusiness Areas including Digital Communications, eCommerce, Social Media, Search.
o    Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's.
o    Ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across a complex organization.
o    Strong leadership and team working skills with a track record of developing people.
o    Understanding of key business functions (i.e. Finance, Technical, Supply Chain).
o    Senior steering committee experience and delivering cross-functional projects.
o    Fluent in English, any other language would be an asset.
o    Ability to train teams and develop digital and communication capabilities across organization.
