Position Summary

 

As a Brand Manager Cailler, you are responsible for sustainably growing one of the most iconic Nestlé Brands. Based on superior Innovation and Research and the implementation and execution of an effective communication strategy, you will develop a deeper understanding of the Cailler brand, the target consumers as well as the market in Switzerland, to generate strong brand building results.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager Cailler

 

  • Manage efficient, effective, flawless Innovation & Renovation projects and orchestrate a cross-functional and multidisciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business case.     
  • Work in partnership with communication agencies and ensure all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of Nestlé as a trusted Nutrition, Health and Wellness leader    
  • Understand and help develop in store environment, while contributing to the category strategy and activating the Brand Essence
  • Contribute to the development of engagement strategies and create attractive and rewarding brand experiences. 
  • Ensure customer centricity, apply innovation levers, and maintain vibrancy via relevant renovation for the brand

What will make you successful

 

  • Previous experience in B2B / working closely with a Field Sales Force as advantage
  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or other function, ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
  • Experience managing cross functional team 
  • University degree in business from a university or equivalent
  • Very good level in German, English, and French
