Position Summary

 

As a Community Management and Consumer Engagement Services Intern, you will be assisting the Community Manager and the Consumer Engagement Services Manager in various communication and project execution tasks.

A day in the life of a Community Management & Consumer Engagement Services Intern

 

Community Management:
•    Moderate social networks to deepen engagement and manages the risk of negative community reaction
•    Coordinate with brand team, agency partners on the conversational plan 
•    Consolidate feed-back on digital campaigns 


Consumer Engagement Services:
•    Collaboration in various projects (e.g. Chatbot, Tool implementation, Loyalty Program)
•    Assist CES Manager in various operational tasks with regards to the external Call Centre

What will make you successful

 

  • Higher education in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
  • French or German mother tongue with excellent writing skills and a very good level of the non-mother tongue language (>B2) as well as English proficient.
  • Passionate to engage with consumers, strong affinity with social networks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills coupled with a team player attitude
