Nestlé Suisse S.A. in La Tour-de-Peilz is looking for a trainee pré-HES from August 1st 2022 to July 31st 2023.

You have or will obtain your “maturité gymnasiale” and you are applying for a Bachelor of Science HES-SO (BSc) in Food Technology.

Position Summary

We offer a cross-functional internship position: Quality Management, Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, Sensory & Nutrition.

A day in the life of...

Quality management (QM)

• Analyse and control of products for release purpose 
• Monthly Quality data’s controls
• Analyse return of goods from customers 

Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA)

• Ensure compliance of recipe 
• Establish product declarations in French, German and English
• Support the development of product labels and communication materials in compliance with the Swiss Food Regulation

  
Sensory

• Help to prepare sensory tastings
• Analyse the results of tastings 
• Help to prepare all consumers tests
• Data analysis for consumers tests

Nutrition

• Ensure label compliance with internal Guidelines
• Provide nutritional support to business partners

What will make you successful

• Future student in HES-SO Valais-Wallis or ZHAW Wädenswil in food technology.
• Passion for food
• Team spirit and positive mindset
• Good organisation skills and structured
• French or German as a mother tongue with good competences in the other working languages (French, German, English)
