Position Summary


BGS supports Nestlé operating companies & other Nestlé units in their quest to delight consumers, by providing them with integrated trading solutions in a professional & cost-effective manner, while offering a platform for business development.  

Located in La Tour-de-Peilz on the shores of Lake Geneva, our passionate multicultural team is focused on delivering first class services in import/export, logistics and financial services. As a Customer Service Specialist you will ensure outstanding service on Export Operations and manage end to end order to delivery process in triangular & direct transactions. 
 

A day in the life of Customer Service Specialist

•    Ensure sustainable Customer Service Operations with a best in class service level for the customers portfolio.
•    Creation of sales orders, Purchase orders, their transmission to production sites and their confirmation on time.
•    Collaborate with Producing Markets to ensure on time dispatch of goods with accurate export documentation.
•    Ensure flawless execution of automated transactions in SAP by monitoring, analysing and fixing Idocs failures (IVC flows)
•    Turn problems into opportunities for continuous improvement by taking the lead on projects/initiative.
•    Strive for excellence by challenging status quo in the operational reviews and by proposing corrective actions to fix failures. 
•    Drive the Perfect Order Cycle Approach to minimize all waste and complexities in the O2C flow.
•    Participate and contribute to operational reviews with respective business functions.


 

What will make you successful

•    A minimum of 2 years of experience in International Customer Service or extensive knowledge and experience in following areas: Incoterms, Export & Shipping documents, Letter of Credit, Foreign Trade & Customs, Physical Logistics, Demand or Supply Planning.    
•    Knowledge of Project management in a CS related area, "Dealing or working with/for Customers or Suppliers (Distributors, Retailers, Suppliers, etc.)"
•    Entrepreneurial mindset    
•    Openness to dialogue & understanding of various cultures        
•    Ability to proactively manage challenging situations and identify solutions to potential issues    
•    Clear passion for creativity and out of the box thinking
•    Fluent in English (written & spoken)
