Position Summary
As a Junior Category and Commercial Development Manager you will work in a cross-functional team to define and execute the commercial strategy for our Nescafé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto and Incarom brands.
A day in the life of a Junior Category and Commercial Development Manager
- Develop and execute compelling category growth narrative for Retail Partners for years to come, including management of activity planning and review, development, execution and analysis of customer specific promotions
- Act as the reference for the field to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and deploy the selling stories for new product innovations and other commercial initiatives
- Monitor and analyze customer KPIs (like sell-out, stock situation) and translate them into concrete action plans
- Be the market data expert (Nielsen) and own the competitive monitoring
What will make you successful
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales
- Ability to act as a team player
- Knowledge of the Swiss retail landscape would be a plus
- Knowledge about coffee would be a plus
- Good knowledge in (Swiss) German, French and English
