Position Summary

 

As a “Brand Business Lead Soluble and Seeds”, you will build, drive and implement the Soluble and Seeds portfolio strategy with the objective to delight consumers and deliver strong business results.

A Day in the Life of a Brand Business Lead Soluble and Seeds

 

  • Responsible of the portfolio for Soluble (NESCAFE and INCAROM) and Seeds (New segments)
  • As the Guardian of the Nescafe Brand, drive a common NESCAFE approach in the Swiss Market
  • Develop and execute local brand and portfolio strategy for Incarom and work closely with the category team to explore new business opportunities (Seeds) 
  • Leverage consumer and shopper insights in collaboration with other functions to maximize the category and channel potential.
  • Coordinate coffee marketing topics across all coffee brands such as CMI, Media, e-business and marketing capability building 
  • Coach & Develop Brand Manager Soluble and ensure goal alignment within cross-functional team (CDT, Sales)
  • Understand and drive brand/product P&L responsibly for best business performance

  • Solid Brand Management Experience (8-10 years), preferably in Coffee/CDT Experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Strategic thinking and brand building (local brand in scope)
  • Good organization, planning, project management skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in complex matrix organizations
  • Team Worker
  • Perseverance, self-drive and high results orientation
  • Influencing without hierarchy, managing stakeholders in the market and at Z-EUR Category level
  • Fluent in English and either German or French.
