Position Summary

 

As a “B2B Distribution Sales Manager”, you will be responsible for managing the contractual and commercial relationship with our 2 main distributors within the Office customer segment, with the main purpose to drive Sales and generate Customer acquisition & retention. In this position, you will ensure proper and efficient implementation of the yearly marketing plan by the distributors and guarantee the full application of the distribution agreement.

A Day in the Life of a B2B Distribution Sales Manager

 

  • Ensure Out-Of-Home (OOH) strategies for the Office customer segment are shared and understood by the distributors
  • Drive the implementation of the operational Marketing & Sales plan, HQ dedicated programs, product launches
  • Define and negotiate yearly targets of the distributors that support customer acquisition, ensure sales objectives are met 
  • Monitor the distributors and support their development by sharing markets and customers insights, training and coaching them on the field, recommending potential changes on a strategic and/or operational level, providing them with any information or support needed
  • Act as the contact person for Nespresso regarding the distributors and promote collaboration internally and externally: coordinate the Marketing activities by facilitating the communication between the Nespresso Marketing team and the distributors, ensure regular communication to market and HQ teams and participate actively in the work groups beneficial to the distributors business

What will make you successful

 

  • 3-5 years successful experience in sales development 
  • Experience in third parties’ management 
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial drive
  • Line Management or leadership experience in a cross-functional environment
  • (Swiss) German mandatory, good level in English as main language within Nestlé Nespresso, French is an advantage
