Position Summary

As B2C Marketing Manager, you will Leverage local insight to position and localize global product launches and identify and lead local renovation and innovation projects. You will drive Campaign Management process and 360° Communication campaigns accordingly while ensuring excellent execution of campaigns calendar and lead communication strategy for markets core projects. You will drive customer marketing communication to ensure best-in-class and consistent customer experience on all channels and all through the customer path.

A Day in the Life of a B2C Marketing Manager

 

  • Lead regular deep dives on market, consumers studies, trends and competitive developments for coffees, machines, accessories to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Insights & Analytics
  • Review portfolio performance continuously to understand and lead possible optimizations (i.e. pricing, portfolio rationalization) with support from Insights & Analytics as needed 
  • Manage the portfolio of coffees, machines, and accessories, and develop the product strategy and commercial value proposition for new and existing products
  • Define a local Cycle Activity plan that delivers the targets and builds the key Nestlé Nespresso CH strategies including Brand Building
  • Define, manage and follow-up all products-related communications and promotional plan (activation strategy)
  • Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
  • Propose new pilots’ projects in the Market, in order to test new ideas, concept and communication tools
  • Drive forecasting assumptions for portfolio specific commercial projects including new product launches and bundle / assortment strategies in collaboration with B2C Sales, Finance and Supply Chain
  • Manage Product Fixed Marketing Expenses budget for all projects and follow up on General Marketing budget

What will make you successful

 

  • University degree or equivalent in marketing or commercial 
  • Significant and successful experience as Product and/or Brand Manager
  • Track record in complex project management 
  • Direct Marketing / CRM and Media Communication (ATL & BTL) experience 
  • Fluent in English and French, German as a strong plus
