Position Summary

Being the center of excellence for vending machine technology for NP business. Customer Service through integration with NAATA, technical expertise on all the vending platforms, managing & training 3rd Party machine maintenance staff, managing 3rd party machine workshops & warehouse and leading NP technology related innovation projects.

A day in the life of...

• Monitoring of TAM SOPs and GWP across regions.
• Monitoring NAATA report, ensure all breakdown are attended and closed within timeline. 
• Manage PM cycle and ensure all machines are audited and conduct PM every 4 months. i
• Ensure technical & QA team are equipped with skill / knowledge.
• Organize group training (DQP training) to key customer to ensure customer handle machine with correct method.
• Monitor the frequency of DQP audits as per agreed benchmark
• Execution aligned to NQMS, SOP & CSI standard flow process. 
• Machines delivery to customer as per appointment by sales team.
• Coordinate with Vendor Warehouse for machine & spare part delivery.    
• Monitoring inventory management for spare parts & branding - weekly review                 
• Identify machine return from customer and schedule Minor Repair / Service at branch level. 
• Develop SOPs to monitor Repair Workshop and track in operational reviews.                                      

What will make you successful

• Master’s degree in electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field
• Good communication, presentation & PR skills required
• Project management skills and lead task force
• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs
