About the Role
We are looking for an Accounting & Planning Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and payment processes for our Agriculture Services function. This role ensures accurate financial records, strong internal controls, and smooth processing of farmer and transporter payments, while driving efficiency and best practices across finance operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead financial planning and reporting (budgeting, forecasts, KPIs).
- Manage period-end closing (PEC) activities and ensure accuracy & compliance.
- Develop reports and dashboards to give transparency on key financial indicators.
- Ensure timely payments to farmers and transporters.
- Improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Support management with insights on forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies based on market and cost trends.
What Will Help You Succeed
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Audit, ideally in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting standards (NAS, IAS, local).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
