Position Summary

This role is pivotal in delivering robust security services by empowering the Nestlé Leadership team to fulfill their commitment to ensuring a secure workplace for all staff and effectively mitigating security risks within local operations. Additionally, it ensures seamless coordination with zone security team, aligning strategy and execution for optimal security operations.

A Day in the Life of Corporate Security Manager:

•    Ensure that all Nestlé facilities (factory, distribution center, warehouse, head office, sales office) are compliant with the Group Security Standards, by conducting site security assessments and produce a report on each visit, with recommendations for changes to the security provisions, in line with the risk and threat assessments.
•    Introduce and maintain security best practices throughout the market, as defined within the Group Security Strategy. Priority will be given to the protection of Nestlé's employees and customers/consumers, Nestlé's reputation, Nestlé's brands and products, and Nestlé's property and assets
•    Spread and co-ordinate personal security awareness in the market. (This includes training programs in e.g. Security Induction, Crisis Management, Hostile Environment Training, etc.)
•    Selection, appointment, training and guidance of part-time Security Champions (SC), one for each Nestlé facility in the Market.
•    Ensure that the Market has updated security contingency plans in place (e.g. Local Evacuation Plan, Product Contamination, Kidnap for Ransom, Military/Civil Unrest, etc.).
•    Notify the key stakeholders and the Group Security Centre of any security, political, environmental or social developments that could impact the Group Travel Directives.
•    Ensure that losses due to fraud and theft as well as any security-related incidents are promptly and fully reported by the Security Champions and are passed to the zone security team. Consolidate and report security data on a quarterly basis.
•    Manage and oversee all aspects of security for foreign delegations in Pakistan, including managing pertinent public relations, protocol, stay, security, and coordinating with government and intelligence/security agencies for necessary permissions and a seamless experience. 

What will make you successful?

•    Prior corporate security experience with public or private sector including liaison with leadership cadres for managing security operations across sites.
•    A team player, with excellent interpersonal and proven management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others in an inclusive manner. 
•    Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
•    Good understanding of national regulations, policies and directions.
•    Familiarity with food business operations including manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, legal, safety and security.
