POSITION SUMMARY

Market Execution

To coordinate trade marketing plans/activities and ensure picture of success controls nation wide to support sustainable business growth

Support in development & updating the monthly cycle plan for all categories and update all relevant stakeholders of deviances through ICP variance reports.

Support in development and implementation of merchandising calendar & ensure the proper coordination with stakeholders for implementation nationally.

Support in ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies by proper record keeping, invoices verification  and indexing of TCS warehouses.

Monitoring of Vendor KPIs and share the vendor performance dashboard, feedbacks & results with the team on monthly basis

Support in end to end execution of trade insights and channel category surveys

 

Vendor & Budget Management

Manage budget of vendors within agreed parameters.

Lead the operations of vendors to ensure smooth market execution operations

 

Brand Visibility & Execution

Ensure flawless execution of in-store brand displays and planogram compliance.

Collaborate with trade marketing and merchandising teams to implement visibility campaigns.

Track the effectiveness of display programs and optimize placements based on sales impact.

 

Market Intelligence

Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer developments, and competitor activity.

Use insights to identify new business opportunities and propose commercial initiatives.

 

Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

Internal Audits , Sales Quality Audit , GWP as per KPI's. Market Hygiene , Handling of NCG.

Compliance with WHO/Local code of Infant Formula (Training of company & distributor staff).

NMLP, TTS, Nestle/local Trade terms, Competition commission Pakistan CCS, Safety, Security and local regulations.

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

 

Bachelors/Masters (Preferably in Business Administration) from an HEC recognized institution.

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations management

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Commercial acumen and analytical capability.

Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Project and time management skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to work cross-functionally and lead virtual teams.
