Position Summary:
The HR Associate supports the effective execution of core HR processes and people initiatives for the assigned business function. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, the role is responsible for coordinating talent acquisition activities, employee engagement initiatives, talent management processes, and organizational development efforts. The position ensures timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of HR services while contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting business performance.
A Day in the Life of an HR Associate:
• Support the HR Business Partner in the execution of people initiatives and HR programs aligned with business objectives and Nestlé's people practices.
• Facilitate onboarding activities by coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support the implementation of talent acquisition strategies by managing sourcing channels, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that promote an inclusive, positive, and high-performing work environment.
• Assist in the administration and execution of learning and development programs in partnership with the relevant HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
• Maintain HR dashboards, reports, employee records, and people metrics to support data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters, facilitating timely resolution and escalation where required.
What Will Make You Successful?
• Degree (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• 3-4 years of relevant HR experience in areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, learning & development, or HR operations.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Good understanding of core HR processes and employment practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and execution excellence
