Position Summary 
ADI BI Lead is a  data-driven professional who bridge the gap between business users and data scientists. They solve business problems using structured analytics approaches, leveraging tools like Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, SAP BW, Snowflake, and GenAI. Their role includes data exploration, insight generation, complex data modeling, and operationalizing analytics to drive business value. They also collaborate within market stakeholder and above-market teams to align with global tools and project management practices.

A day in the life……………
•    Understand business challenges and translate them into analytical questions.
•    Explore data to uncover patterns and generate actionable insights.
•    Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
•    Develop and deploy complex data predictive models using Azure ML, KNIME, Python, or R.
•    Design and query SAP BW and Snowflake databases for data extraction and transformation.
•    Leverage GenAI tools for insight generation, automation, and innovation.
•    Maintain and enhance last-mile reporting applications.
•    Curate technical and business metadata in data cataloging tools.
•    Collaborate with global teams to scale exploratory use cases.
•    Manage projects in coordination with above-market teams, ensuring alignment with global tools and standards.

What Will Make You Successful? 
•    Bachelors/Masters from an HEC recognized institution.
•    3-4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics .
•    Experience in self-service analytics and citizen development.
•    Reporting & Analytics in PowerBI & Power Platforms
•    Data analytics using Machine Learning methodologies
•    Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Azure.
•    Exposure to SAP BW queries and Snowflake data modeling.
•    Familiarity with GenAI tools for business use cases.
•    Experience in project management and working with global teams.
