Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Strong Media knowledge with a minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in Media/Digital agency management or equivalent position in FMCG.

POSITION SUMMARY 
Leads end-to-end integrated media strategy and partnerships to drive data-led, high-performance brand growth across all channels and touchpoints

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
•    Lead Integrated media Planning and implementation across a portfolio of brands
•    Work with Consumer Insights and agency partners to understand media research and apply real time learnings through automated marketing mix models.
•    Define and track Media KPIs across all contact points — benchmarking buying performance and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
•    Provide expert consultancy across core digital pillars — Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic, e-commerce, and Analytics
•    Champion the POEM roadmap — from philosophy and tools development to best practice content creation and distribution
•    Lead and evolve media audit capability, tracking delivery, compliance, and market advantage in partnership with Audit and Procurement
•    Drive Digital and Social Media capability across the Marketing community through test-and-learn programs and media training sessions
•    Lead bi-annual and annual agency performance reviews, managing key partners, suppliers, and platforms against the digital plan

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
•    Strong Media knowledge with a minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in Media/Digital agency management or equivalent position in FMCG.
•    Experience in both planning and buying functions plus strong knowledge of traditional and emerging digital platforms (including retail digital media)
•    Ability to analyse, interpret and react to real time trends and data
•    Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects and consistently demonstrated success in several challenging and diverse business situations
•    Strategic vision on holistic brand development through media levers. 
•    Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
