Qualification: Preferably University Master's degree in Food Science & Technology/Dairy Technology.

Experience: Preferably (2-3) years’ experience in dairy sector

Position Summary

Responsible to implement & sustain Nestlé Quality & Food Safety Management System in respective milk collection regions  in specific areas of expertise (e.g.  food safety, HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, sensory)

A day in the life of...

• People and know-how: Promote quality awareness across the regions
• Contribute to competence development of quality professionals across regions
• Quality auditing and verification to ensure quality system is in place & delivers expected results
• Quality mastership: - Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Quality Management System requirements and applicable instructions and standards
• Root Cause analysis and action plan: Monitor quality performance in the respective milk collection regions, identify opportunities to improve in the quest for zero defect.
• Laboratories Performance Management: Ensure implementation of Good Lab Practices to assure method compliance & reliability of results

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop oneself & the team
• Good attitude to work and ability to interact with people
• Competent in Food Safety, Quality Management, FSSC- 22000, HACCP, GMP
• Adequate knowledge on Good Lab practices (equipment calibration, verification of analytical methods/equipment’s)
