Position Summary
- Conduct talent research and leverage diverse sources and channels to identify and screen candidates who meet the organization's current and future talent requirements. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to evaluate and assess candidates, determining their suitability for specific positions.
- A day in the life of a Recruitment Specialist
- Manage the End-to-End recruitment process, from understanding business needs to onboarding new hires, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
- Source candidates and generate talent pipeline by using social and digital media, conducting passive candidate outreach, networking with candidates and relationship-building with academia placement offices.
- Conduct candidate evaluation by screening received resumes and conducting phone screenings.
- Provide expert advice/support to hiring managers and offer guidance/assistance throughout the recruitment process with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide necessary information and guidance to both parties to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Run strategic recruitment meetings with line managers and their teams to diagnose the hiring need, shape up the right profile and agree on the recruitment process with SLA.
- Utilize the Competency Based Assessment methodology to conduct behavioral interviews during screening calls resulting in a pool of shortlisted candidates matching the specific job profile.
- Share shortlisted candidates to be evaluated by hiring manager, overseeing fairness and objectivity of the process and ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
- Act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager by interacting with and influencing employment decision of prospects and candidates.
- Provide on going value-adding recruiting-related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Bachelors/Masters from an HEC recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in end to end recruitment.
- Ability to be proactive, adaptable, and quickly respond to changing market demands. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and adapting the ongoing recruitment strategies.
- Develop a strong employer brand by highlighting the company's values, culture, career growth opportunities, and employee benefits while interacting with candidates.
- Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful approach
- Leverage technology to streamline the hiring process with a knack for constant improvements. Prior experience of working with an ATS would be an added advantage.
- Working exposure in matrix structured organizations with multiple divisions and/or business groups/categories
- Build rapport and trust with hiring managers, HR teams, and other internal stakeholders. Regularly communicate and collaborate to understand their recruitment needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Prior experience of working in the FMCG sector will be an added plus.
