The Opportunity


Nestlé Fiji has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Brand Activation Manager to join our team. 


As the Brand Activation Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth through category excitement, brand building, and consumption. You will lead and manage the activation of our beverages, culinary, and milk marketing strategies, ensuring swift and adaptable execution of marketing activities. 

 

Additionally, you will provide valuable local consumer insights to the NPI (Nestle Pacific Islands) marketing team and serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related issues and challenges, working closely with the NPI marketing team to ensure effective resolution.

A day in the Life…

 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to activate category strategies in the specified markets, providing support and input on local consumer insight and trade.
  • Ensure the timely and effective execution of agreed activation plans, from development to execution in both domestic and export markets.
  • Work closely with leading Fiji FMCG retailers to develop the beverage, culinary, and milk categories.
  • Liaise with all NPI & NFL business functions to ensure effective project implementation
  • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to maximize the impact, efficiency, and effectiveness of our marketing activities.
  • Work closely with and build strong relationships with media and agency partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the specified guidelines and regulations for infant formula products.

 
What will make you successful: 

 

  • Tertiary degree qualified in business administration, marketing, or related fields
  • 3+ years of FMCG experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Project Management roles
  • Understanding of all Fiji sales channels with historical working relations with key FMCG retail chains
  • Strong Project Management and organisational skills
  • Media and agency relationship management
  • High-level competency in MS Office
